Follow-up to FOI-0718-2223:
Thanks for your reply.
I will firstly narrow the scope of my request to London Overground drivers based at Willesden depot.
I would like to change the request to the following:
How many Willesden drivers are currently off driving duties due to having an operational incident which is under investigation? Also, how many have been dismissed over the last 12 months following an incident?
We answered
TfL Ref: FOI-1012-2223
Thank you for your further request of 28th July 2022 asking for information about ex-train drivers.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

As explained in my previous response of 26th July 2022, London Overground is operated by Arriva Rail London under a concession agreement with TfL and Arriva, rather than TfL, employs London Overground drivers. TfL does not, therefore, hold the information so far as the London Overground is concerned.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
