We answered
Our ref: FOI-1011-2122/GH
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16 August 2021 asking for information about County Court judgements.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require, however, we do not hold a central register of County Court Judgements (CCJs) issued against TfL.The organisation which holds details of all judgements issued in England and Wales is the Registry Trust Online Register of Judgments, Orders and Fines. The link to their website is here: https://www.trustonline.org.uk/.
Please note that under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act, we are not obliged to provide you with information which is readily available elsewhere.
We do not have a policy on CCJs - judgements are dealt with on a case by case basis and are relevant only to the matter in which they arise.
If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
