Follow-up to IRV-031-2425: I contacted xxx and he clarified they'd made an error (and hadn't submitted the document correctly to TfL Vision Zero) but the Police have confirmed that it has been resolved and it has been submitted around 07 June per my understanding.
Therefore, can my FoI now be considered?

1.) Can I please obtain a copy of the EVA Report for Hither Green Lane
2.) Can I also have a copy of the covering email that accompanied the EVA report submission
3.) Can I also have copies of any correspondence between TfL and the Police in relation to the EVA for Hither Green Lane

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 24th June 2024 asking for information about the EVA Report for Hither Green Lane.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked: “1.) Can I please obtain a copy of the EVA Report for Hither Green Lane 2.) Can I also have a copy of the covering email that accompanied the EVA report submission 3.) Can I also have copies of any correspondence between TfL and the Police in relation to the EVA for Hither Green Lane I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which is provided in the attached folder. Note that small number of redactions have been made to the material under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, the exemption that protects against the unfair release of personal data. This relates to the direct contact details of TfL staff, and the names and contact details of any external parties.
