Thank you for your request received on 3 July 2023 asking for information about the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) scrappage scheme.

Please note that only those on low income and disability benefits can apply for the ULEZ car and motorcycle scrappage scheme and sole traders, micro-businesses and charities for the ULEZ van and minibus scrappage scheme.
