"Asked about TfL investigating complaints about the price hike she described it as being engaged in a “conversation” with the local authority cab licensing body" Can I widen the search please to all emails from June 2012 - December 2012 between TfLTPH department & Hailo that references the minimum fare?

Thank you for your request received on 4 July 2019 asking for a copy of correspondence between our TPH department and Hailo that references the minimum fare.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.

We have searched our records for all emails to/from Hailo within the specified timeframe that contain the keyword “minimum fare” and have been unable to locate any correspondence that meets the requirements of your request. Therefore we do not hold the information you have requested.
