Information relating to changes in intermediate stations on TFL Rail

Please could TFL give data on the number of times in the past three months delayed stopping TFL Rail trains between Reading and Paddington have had their schedule altered at short notice, such that they have not stopped at intermediate stations in the previous three months.
In each case, please also give the actual time of departure for the subsequent train that actually stopped at the intermediate stations.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9 August 2021 asking for information about TfL Rail.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Please find attached a spreadsheet which provides details of services that were part cancelled/cancelled and their timings. From this information you should be able to deduce if there was a successive cancellation.
Unfortunately to provide you with information on each subsequent service, this would need to be compiled manually and would exceed the ‘appropriate limit’ of £450 set by the Freedom of Information (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
Under section 12 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to comply with requests if we estimate that the cost of determining whether we hold the information, locating and retrieving it and extracting it from other information would exceed the appropriate limit. In this instance, we estimate that the time required to provide this information would exceed 18 hours which, at £25 per hour (the rate stipulated by the Regulations), exceeds the ‘appropriate limit’.
