Please provide the same information but only for the past 12 months only (rather than the past 18 years like i previously asked for). Here is my revised request:
Please could you provide details of every Chiltern Railways service that has called at Moor Park in the past 12 months. Please provide the date and time of the service that called and direction it was going (example Marylebone to Aylesbury or Aylesbury to Marylebone).
I know that Chiltern Railways are no longer scheduled to call at Moor Park since the early 1990s but i know that it does still happen very occasionally for example when there are lots of delays or cancellations or engineering works etc.

Thank you for your email received by us on 5 July 2018 asking for information about the number of Chiltern Railways trains calling at Moor Park station for the past 12 months.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked for;
details of every Chiltern Railways service that has called at Moor Park in the past 12 months. Please provide the date and time of the service that called and direction it was going (example Marylebone to Aylesbury or Aylesbury to Marylebone).
Unfortunately, to provide the information you have requested would still exceed the ‘appropriate limit’ of £450 set by the Freedom of Information (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
Under section 12 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to comply with a request if we estimate that the cost of determining whether we hold the information, locating and retrieving it and extracting it from other information would exceed the appropriate limit. This is calculated at £25 per hour for every hour spent on the activities described.
To retrieve and compile the information you have requested would require locating, retrieving and extracting data from approximately 180 logbooks that each contain 208 pages to fulfil your request.
