1. When the 282 bus route began operating
2. When each of the 282 bus route stops were set up

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9 August 2021 asking for information about bus route 282.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require - Bus route 282 has been running from well before TfL was set up, so we do not hold the full history pre-1995, and that includes the bus stops, though individual bus stops may have been installed, moved or changed since then.
For your information there is a private website that has history of London’s bus routes (https://www.londonbuses.co.uk/ ). This implies the 282 has been running since 1968.
