Further to my two complaints (copies of responses attached). Please provide;
1) Any engineering job ticket(s) or similar (paper or print out of any electronic tickets) of the fault investigation by the garage. This may include multiple documents for a single job if the instruction to investigate and the outcome of the investigation are held on separate documents.
2) Any process/procedure/working manual or similar that documents how complaints about vehicle noise are to be investigated.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20 July 2022 asking for information about bus noise.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. Buses are owned/leased by the bus operator – TfL does not hold any detailed information about fault investigations. Similarly, we do not hold any process/procedure/working manuals or similar that documents how complaints about vehicle noise are to be investigated.
I am sorry we are unable to assist you further on this occasion.
