F/on from FOI-0699
Thanks for your email.
I would like to give further information in regards to my claim.
As I was driving on Warwick way or Charlwood Street on the 28th of May 2021, I intended to turn right onto Vauhall Bridge Road. However, there were specific road works being carried out blocking access to the road. In turn I followed the yellow diversion arrows which led me onto Rochester Row.
I turned into Rochester Row because I followed the directions given to me. Therefore, I do not feel the onus should be on me to find out why I was issued a congestion charge notice when, TFL were the issuing authority.
So now you have been updated with these new parameters can you kindly answer the information I have requested in our initial correspondence.
How many congestion charge notices were given out before the roadworks, during the roadworks and after the roadworks?
