Good day, the DLR O&M franchise procurement is currently being ran by TfL. Can TfL please indicate which companies (or groupings of companies) have submitted a statement of qualification and which of these have been invited by TfL to participate in the procurement? Thank you.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22nd June 2024 asking for information about the DLR O&M franchise procurement. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“The DLR O&M franchise procurement is currently being ran by TfL. Can TfL please indicate which companies (or groupings of companies) have submitted a statement of qualification and which of these have been invited by TfL to participate in the procurement?”.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require. The following companies submitted a response to the Supplier Selection Questionnaire in relation to the DLR franchise procurement:
Keolis Amey Docklands (a joint venture between Keolis and Amey)
Connecting Docklands (a joint venture between Go Ahead and AtkinsRealis)
ComfortDelGro
All three companies were taken through to the next stage of the procurement process and invited to submit a response to an Invitation to Tender.
