We answered

Thank you for your request which we received on 28 June 2023, asking if electric buses or other electric vehicles are charged by diesel generators.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

There are no vehicles charged by generators. This includes electric buses and TfL’s electric vehicle fleet.
