Follow-on from FOI-0702-2021:
Just to clarify you’re able to advise me that only one person in the grades (SCL1, iSCL1, SCL2, iSCL2, SM2, iSM2) across 8 business departments were granted PRP for 2017/2018 but unable to provide a breakdown of which grades for the following years. Are you able to confirm how many in all the mentioned grades/departments received PRP broken down into the following two years (2018/2019, 2019/2020).

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
The business area have re-run the relevant reports and can confirm that for the given area and grades, only one person has received a performance pay award for years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
