Dear Transport for London,
On the Bakerloo Line platforms at London Waterloo station the automated announcements says "please stand back from the platform edge doors" which is normally only heard at the Jubilee Line platforms that have platform edge doors instead of saying "please stand back from the platform edge" which is normally heard at all other platforms.
Therefore i am guessing that this means you have plans to install platform edge doors on the Bakerloo Line platforms at London Waterloo station and maybe at other Bakerloo Line stations too.
If so then can you please kindly attach all documents regarding the installation of platform edge doors on the Bakerloo Line platforms at London Waterloo station or at any other Bakerloo Line stations and also provide a timeframe as to when these will be installed.

Our ref: FOI-0943-2122/GH Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2 August 2021 asking for information about plans for platform edge doors on the Bakerloo Line platforms at London Waterloo and other stations. Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can advise that there are no plans to install platform edge doors on Bakerloo line stations. Therefore we do not hold any relevant documents. The announcement on the Bakerloo line referring to platform edge doors was played in error, and this has been corrected.
