Follow-up to FOI-0750-2324: Thank you for your swift and detailed response to the request below, although please could you inform me as to the process of obtaining the further information required due to the answer below.
In particular, I am asking what is the actual figure that Keolis Amey Docklands Limited will be receiving, further mechanism will be applied whereby the franchisee will be required to remit to DLRL a portion of the amount it has received with respect to indexation. This will result in the franchisee receiving a lower amount in relation to indexation for this Fee Year, with the precise amount to be determined at a later stage.
If as above it will be determined at a later stage, is there a date as to when the exact figure received will be released, so that I could (if necessary) submit another freedom of request for this information.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Further to case ref FOI-0750-2324, you asked:

I am afraid that TfL does not hold the requested information. The “actual figure” that Keolis Amey Docklands will be receiving is subject to ongoing negotiation, and therefore this is not recorded information held by TfL. Similarly, there is no specific date recorded as to when negotiations will be concluded.
