FOI request detail

Oyster card stats

Request ID: FOI-0937-1718
Date published: 17 August 2017

You asked

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to know how many passengers using Oyster Payg during a month or four week period to interchange at Richmond between the tube or Overground and National Rail. Of these: how many use the pink validator and charged the through fare, how many use the same station interchange but are assumed to be making a through journey, how many using this route are charged two separate fares and how many exit and re-enter using the barriers and how they are charged. If those charged two separate fares can be sorted between those interchanging within 10 minutes and those that don't can be differentiated this would be helpful.

We answered
