Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 18 July 2017 asking for information about Congestion Charge Auto Pay Statements.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as when a customer has a zero balance we send them a statement for two months showing a zero balance. From the third month the statement is generated but not actually issued.
While we can report on statements generated we can not report on the number of statements actually issued and therefore no accurate figures are available.
