Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our Information Access Policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:
Please could you release any information regarding noise complaints for Manor Park Rd, London N2 0SN. We would also like to understand if there have been complaints in relation to the night tube for Manor Park Rd, London N2 0SN
We’ve received one complaint from Manor Park Road, N2 with regards to noise from Northern line trains operating between Finchley Central and East Finchley. For context, within that entire interstation section we have received a total of eight complaints.
Any complaints to do with noise from the Tube should be reported to TfL customer services on 0343 222 1234 or at tfl.gov.uk. Our group of noise experts will quickly respond and may ask for more information, or arrange visits to properties to measure the noise. Everyone who makes a complaint will be kept regularly updated about the progress we are making and when they can expect the noise they hear to reduce, if possible.
