I am writing to request for the Environmental Impact Assessment-Scoping Report for the Silvertown tunnel project. I have tried to access it on TfL’s website, but I encounter a ‘404 not found’ message on https://content.tfl.gov.uk/st-silvertown-tunnel-eia-scoping-report.pdf. I would appreciate if your team could help me out with that.
