Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 29 June 2019 asking for information about North Greenwich station.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.  You asked: When have the ‘comfort fans’ in the tunnels on the jubilee line extension at North Greenwich station been switched on? For how long and on what dates in 2019 thus far.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. We typically run the cooling fans from May to October, however these fans can be turned on and off by our Service Control Team based on the temperature within each station and we do not keep records of when the fan are activated / deactivated which could be several times each week.
