It would be appreciated if you could provide the hourly or daily traffic flow data of Automatic Traffic Counter (ATCs) data for Westminster, Lambeth, and Tower Hamlets boroughs, from January 1, 2019 to January 1, 2022, with geo-information regarding the site. Thank you for your email of 27th June 2023 asking for traffic count data.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Please find attached the hourly data from all of the Automatic Traffic Counters (ATCs) in Westminster, Lambeth, and Tower Hamlets boroughs, from 1st January 2019 to 1st January 2022. Also attached is the metadata relating to these ATCs including the grid references.
