The current Working Timetable lists no stopping at Charing Cross. However, the Jubilee line platforms are still used by Jubilee line trains as sidings to reverse trains from south to north – southbound trains terminate and detrain at Green Park Station and are worked empty to one of the Charing Cross platforms.

The Jubilee part of the station has remained closed to the general public, except for filming and events. Therefore, no passengers have used (or are estimated to have used) Charing Cross Station Jubilee Line Station, since the official closure on 19 November 1999.
