Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14 July 2017 asking for information about yellow box junction contraventions.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
TfL is committed to keeping the Capital moving, working and growing and to achieve this takes an intelligence-led approach to road enforcement at key locations. By improving compliance we help blocked junctions and narrowed roads stay clear which can have a significant impact on all road users. TfL’s roads carry over a third of all London’s traffic and we enforce traffic regulations to keep traffic moving safely and efficiently for the benefit of all road users, supporting the economic life of the city.
