Thank you for your email received by us on 13 July 2022 asking for information about Senior Executive pay and bonuses, following your previous request for information, reference: 2934-2122.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You requested the following:

You previously asked for the following and we advised that this information will be contained in our Annual Report for 2021/22:
‘On 19 January 2022 it was reported in the Evening Standard that, following the reduction in TfL's senior executive team from eleven to seven, "three or four of the seven will receive pay rises". Please confirm: 1. Which of the seven have (or will) received a pay rise following this reorganisation of the senior executive team; 2. What is the value of those pay rises (both in absolute terms and as a percentage of previous salary); 3. What new bonus/performance award arrangements have been agreed for the senior executive team; and 4. Which of the senior executive team have accepted bonus/performance award payments in the last 12 months, and what was the value of those payments’. We can now advise that the information you are seeking is available in Appendix 2, Page 12 in the Remuneration section of the Draft Edition of the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts 2021/22.
