Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 26 June 2019 asking for information about PCN's issued since the ULEZ scheme was introduced and the amount of money this has generated since the scheme started.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The total number of PCN's issued to drivers for non payment of the daily ULEZ charge since the scheme was introduced up to 5 July is 111,233. The total value of payments received £4,242,712.50.
All net revenue generated since the scheme was implemented has been reinvested straight into ongoing investment in the capital’s transport infrastructure, which helps to promote more sustainable travel and helps to clean London’s air.
