Uber London Ltd. was ordered to pay TfL’s legal costs of £397,240 in total.
Neither Ola nor Taxify have been ordered to pay any legal costs to TfL.
The United Trade Action Group and Licensed Taxi Drivers Association were ordered to pay TfL’s legal costs which are to be assessed if they cannot be agreed. However, UTAG and the LTDA have sought to appeal the Court’s judgment and the question of costs will be decided at the end of this process.
