Clarification: Transport For London have a group of recognised bodies in an engagement policy which I have shared with you which names LCDC, LTDA, RMT, UCG and Unite. Just information on these groups would be sufficient.
I work for a research company who collate 5 year trend patterns.
We examine cultural trends, behavioral patterns and relationships between trade union and representative bodies who are engaged with regulatory organisations across the UK which includes passenger feedback.
• Can you provide us with information of all recognised bodies who you have engaged with in the private hire and taxi industry between 2016 to 2021?
• Can you provide us with information of any of the recognised bodies within the private hire and taxi industry who have made a complaint to you in which they have been or had any of their officers subjected to either sexist, homophobic or racist abuse between the years 2016 to 2021?
• Can you provide us with information of any of the recognised bodies within the private hire and taxi industry who have been subjected to a complaint to you in which they have been or any of their officers have been subjected to a compliant made against them which is either sexist, homophobic or racist in nature between the years 2016 to 2021?
• Can you please name the recognised body so we can further our research? Please don't name any individual officer.
• Can you provide us with information of any of the recognised bodies within the private hire and taxi industry where you are aware there is a media report of either sexist, homophobic or racism reported in the years 2016 to 2021?

Thank you for your request asking for information about travel trends and diversity within taxi bodies that we engage with.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
We do not hold the information you have requested. You have named several unions or driver representative bodies, namely LCDC, LTDA, RMT, UCG and Unite. As previously stated, Transport for London does engage with each of these groups as stakeholders. However, as you have asked about the experience of these organisations and their officers this information will be held by them, so please contact them directly to request this information.
