You asked

We would like to have a copy of the agreement that was made in 2015 between staff side / unions and Richard Jones (Chair) including the matrix's that was provided by the staff side and reviewed by Phil Flint (HSE Business partner) and agreed by MATS (management admin and technical staff) council chair - Richard Jones. In this agreement the following was agreed: - Travelling time to/from home locations to place of inspection - Length and frequency of the inspections - Time to engage with members - Inspections and report writing etc. It was agreed that 10 days would be allocated for depot inspections (Tier 1) and 5 days for admin hubs, Uniform stores and coverage admins (Tier 2). This was completed by July 2015.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11th July 2022 asking for information about the MATS H&S functional council agreement and Matrix 2015.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act  and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

We would like to have a copy of the agreement that was made in 2015 between staff side / unions and Richard Jones (Chair) including the matrix's that was provided by the staff side and reviewed by Phil Flint (HSE Business partner) and agreed by MATS (management admin and technical staff) council chair - Richard Jones.

In this agreement the following was agreed:

I note that the requested information dates back 7 years. Having liaised with relevant colleagues - who have conducted a search of all the systems where such information may potentially have been stored - we can find no record of such an arrangement. I can only conclude, therefore, that the requested information is not held by TfL.
