Thank you for your request which we received on 12 June 2024, asking for information about bus policies in regard to delivering services to people with disabilities.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm TfL does hold the information you require.
