Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on13 June 2024 asking for information about planning reference 10/01014/OUT.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.
Specifically you asked:
Q1) Please can you confirm that all S106 payments were made and the date of the final payment. All payments have not been made and therefore we cannot provide a date of final payment.
Q2) Please can you also confirm the unexpended amount?
A contribution of £270,000 from the London Borough of Lambeth is outstanding and payments as stated in the s106 agreement will be applied towards the provision of enhanced bus routes, bus infrastructure, stops, stands and other services within the vicinity of the site (Myatts Field North Estate).
