Data on Electric Vehicle Charging Points in London

Dear TFL Team,
I am an ____student at the ______ and I am investigating the impact of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on the value of house prices in London for my _____ project.
I am interested in accessing data on London's EV charging points, including (but not limited to) the type of station, location, and year of instalment. On your website, you provide a link to an interactive map app (https://www.zap-map.com/live/?intcmp=52717) which identifies all EV charging points in London, however for my project, I need this data in a more accessible spreadsheet / CSV format in order to perform econometric analysis.
Do you have the data in this format? And please may I be granted access to apply it in my research?
This data will enable me to carry out a thorough analysis of the impact of EV charging points on London house prices and lend credibility to my academic work.
An example of a similar study in this field is the work of Liang et al (2022), Benefits of sustainable transportation infrastructure: Evidence from the housing market response to electric vehicle charging stations in California. I intend to undertake a similar analysis of London's property market.
Please let me know if it is possible for me to apply your data in my dissertation.
