Information about stakeholders and decision making for proposed X34 Express Bus between North Finchley & Walthamstow

After this Superloop bus route was first proposed, more details were released about the route stops and it was a relief to see that "Gloucester Road for North Middlesex Hospital" had been added (Enfield Dispatch 3/5/23 showing TFL route stop loop). However, one month later, when invited to "Have Your Say" about this section of the X34 Loop by email on 09/06/23, the North Middlesex Hospital bus stop had been removed and a different bus stop on Palmerston Road/Green Lanes had been added. Since the hospital serves a population of 350,000 in boroughs of Barnet, Enfield and Waltham Forest (i.e. the 3 boroughs this route covers) and has a staff of 4,500 who could benefit from this route, I would like to understand the process by which it was decided to exclude it from the list of stops? In particular
1. who did you listen to? What advice on the addition or removal of stops within the Borough of Enfield did you receive and what specifically did Enfield Council communicate on this issue to you. Please include communications and responses received from Enfield Council and other stakeholder groups with regards to bus stops in Enfield.
2. Who are the stakeholders you consulted in arriving at this decision as regards to stops in Enfield and please can you provide me with any communications and responses from these stakeholder groups
3. Was the North Middlesex NHS Trust consulted, if so, what department. Please release their communications and responses
4. What was the rationale for
A. excluding the North Middlesex Hospital and was this subject to any EQIA on selecting one stop over another, and
B. for adding Palmerston Road/Green Lanes
I would be most grateful for your help in releasing this information as soon as possible so that it can be used to find out the best way forward for the staff and patients of this major hospital.

We would like to advise that TfL has not yet made a decision regarding bus route X34, because the consultation for this service is currently ongoing, therefore we do not hold the answers to these questions. The consultation is live until 21 July 2023, after which we will analyse feedback from the public and stakeholders before submitting a consultation report to decision makers in our Public Transport Service Planning team later this year.
Since any route stated in the consultation materials is a ‘proposed’ route, we are actively seeking feedback from London’s diverse communities to understand how best the proposed service can serve the local community.
