Energy Management System Contract(s) - Contract(s) relating to the organisation’s energy management system. An energy management system (EMS) is a system of computer-aided tools used by operators of electric utility grids to monitor, control, and optimise the performance of the generation or transmission system.
If the organisation does not have an Energy Management System, please confirm when this will be implemented. It would be great if you mention the tentative date/month.

Support and Maintenance (dedicated support portal, phone, or email) for any development requests (bug fixes and new improvements or requirements in line with industry standards), BAU support ranging from training, query management, guidance in operations and clarifications on existing functionality and future roadmap
Data collection for interval data on Day+1 basis
Call Off contract for development days and consultancy on site visits carried out by Systems Link colleagues
Both main application and web portal stores a variety of complex services from data collection (dedicated import routines), portfolio maintenance, contract maintenance, a complete suite of data analysis/validation/alarms and reporting tools with some internally integrated
