You asked

I am contacting you regarding government property on 2 - 14 Palmer Street, London SW1H 0AA. I am researching the history, availabilty and sales of government properties in London. This commercial property on 2 - 14 Palmer Street was sold to a buyer around November 2018. I understand the buyer had approached the Tfl for permission to add 20 parking spaces to the development, subject to planning permission. As I am unable to find any records at all about this property, the sales or deeds, new ownership details, or sales price, planning applications, etc., I am requesting these details from you. The most complete information, including all communications related to it, would be highly appreciated, preferably by email if possible as it is quicker. I have contacted the Landregistry but they have no details on this property. Thank you.
