Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7 July 2022, asking for information about Hard FM Services.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:
- Who is the current incumbent supplier/s? - What is the term of the current contract (start/end)? - When are you next going out to tender? - Size of the contract annually? - How many sites do you have in this contract?
The original contract term has been extended and the current contract expiry date is 24 June 2024.
It is currently planned to re-tender in May 2023, but this may be subject to change.
