You asked

Please email me a copy of the ULEZ refunds policy. TfL has just taken 10 working days to send me a letter stating that I will be refunded via a cheque. 1) Not - refunded direct to my account as stated by the lady on the phone 2) Not - refunded in 10 working days as the lady on the phone repeated over and over and over because, “10 working days is policy” This is unacceptable. Plus no one has responded to my complaint yet but I’m not holding my breath for that. Many thanks in advance

Thank you for your email of 21st June 2019 asking for information about the Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ).

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Specifically you asked:

Please email me a copy of the ULEZ refunds policy.

TfL has just taken 10 working days to send me a letter stating that I will be refunded via a cheque.

TfL does not have a specific “ULEZ refunds policy”. However, all relevant details about the scheme can be found on our website here:
