Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

We are interested in any available CCTV footage which might provide footage in respect of the incident and/or lead up to/aftermath of it to assist with ongoing investigations.

There have been twelve personal injury collisions recorded; two serious and ten slights, between 1 September 2015 and 4 September 2018, on Eynsham Drive between Blithdale Road and Harrow Manorway. Please find details of the collisions attached. Please note all 2018 data is provisional and subject to change.

As Eynsham Drive is not part of the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN) we wouldn’t have access to any CCTV footage from that site. Therefore we do not hold this information.
