Please provide the policy documents which set out the hail and ride guidance or documents that Arriva should be following with respect to the design and operation of hail and ride including about where to stop, how and why.

Thank you for your email received by us on 17 June 2017 asking for information about Hail and Ride routes.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

 

Guidance around Hail and Ride routes is contained within the Big Red Book which you will find attached. Page 26 of the document details the stopping requirements and instructions.
