Will Norman is eligible to receive the standard benefits package of a Band 5 employee:

The TfL Policy on Gifts and Hospitality applies to TfL Board Members, all staff who work for TfL, and staff contracted to work for TfL through a third party, members of advisory groups providing assurance and advice on TfL’s investment and commercial development programmes, and TfL-nominated staff working with or sitting on a board of directors of a joint venture company.
