Back in October 2012 TfL were engaged in conversations regarding taxi drivers charging more than the metered fare, as shown in the Techcrunch article - can you please send me the corrispondense that TfLTPH had with Hailo around the time of this article? Emails between Helen Chapman and Hailo from 1 September 2012 - 30 November 2012 would be sufficient. "Asked about TfL investigating complaints about the price hike she described it as being engaged in a “conversation” with the local authority cab licensing body" https://techcrunch.com/2013/10/31/hailo-hikes-minimum-fare/
