You asked

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I also request a copy of the part of the contract for these works which deals with the management of defects, and confirmation as to whether or not the Contractor has been paid to adjust covers to new levels. I do not require details of the amount which was paid - just confirmation of whether this was included in their application and paid for by the Employer/Client. I would also like a copy of your complaints procedure so that I can raise a formal complaint over the lack of action and response to a customer enquiry which specifically deals with defects to works completed.

Thank you for your email requesting information relating to works outside London Bridge Station.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

Please find attached an extract from the LoHAC contract which deals with defects.

I can confirm that the contractor was paid to adjust TfL-owned covers to new levels as part of the carriageway resurfacing works.

Please also find attached a copy of our complaints procedure as requested.
