please can you send me the contact of D Milton – who apparently runs the congestion / ULE dept at Transport for London. I can see the remuneration packages for the top earners – lovely, please send me a link to the recruitment page – looks like they pay really well! I was trying to find someone who isn’t on the list? Either they are paid under £50k or they don’t work there at all! Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 August 2020 asking for the contact details for D Milton.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

However we cannot release personal details of our employees, including email addresses due to TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation, and as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. Disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.

We have clear channels of communication and processes on how we handle requests from members of the public.
