Thank you for your email of 17^th June 2019 asking for a copy of TfL’s Commercial Technology and Data contract register.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which is provided as an attachment to this email (note that you may need to expand the width of some of the columns to read the data in full).

Note that in columm B the names of individuals have been removed from the register under section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This exemption applies where somebody can be identified from the information in question and where such identification would be unfair. We do not believe that the individuals in question would have expected their names to be released into the public domain in this context, and therefore to release such information would be a breach of the Data Protection Act (DPA), specifically the first principle of the DPA which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. Section 40(2) of the FOI Act (which ensures compliance with the DPA) is therefore engaged.
