Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 12 June 2023 asking for information about Elizabeth line annual passenger numbers by station (central section).

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  You asked:  Could you please provide annual station usage figures for the core stations of the Elizabeth Line (Paddington to Whitechapel)?

I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Please see attached.

Please note Tap Count is all Oyster, Contactless and paper tickets received at the gatelines of these stations. Paddington refers to the Elizabeth line part of the station not everywhere else.
