I am instructed on behalf of British Telecommunications plc in connection with a personal injury claim being brought for a tripping incident that occurred on Wandsworth Plain SW18 1ET on the 7th June 2022.
To assist me with my investigations, and in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I require copies of the highway inspection records together with all opening/closing notices, defect notices and records of complaints for the 12 months prior to the 7th June 2022.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 29th June 2022 asking for information about Wandsworth Plain, SW18.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“I require copies of the highway inspection records together with all opening/closing notices, defect notices and records of complaints for the 12 months prior to the 7th June 2022.”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The attached folder contains the requested inspection records, opening/closing notices, and defect records for the year in question. Note that you may need to expand the width of some of the columns in some of the spreadsheets to read the information in full.

Walking down Wandsworth Plain from Wandsworth, left hand side of the pavement. The oblong iron cover with HYDRO stamped upon it, before the 86 bus stop - The sides are slightly raised above the paving, sufficient to catch toe/heel, as happened to myself.
