I’ve just been sent a copy of a TfL response to a letter from Maureen O’Mara (Greenwich) in which you state the DCO ‘has been refreshed’ . Do you have a copy of this please?

Thank you for your request which we received on 6 June 2024, asking for information about Silvertown tunnel.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.  

 

Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you have requested. The modelling assessment work has been refreshed, not the Development Consent Order (DCO) application. Please refer to the STIG pages at https://tfl.gov.uk/travel-information/improvements-and-projects/silvertown-tunnel-implementation-group.
