Using the most recent data available, and ignoring any capital costs, what is the deficit/ surplus of the London tram network revenue less cost of operation
For example, its public knowledge that the subsidy for the london bus network in 2016 was around 600m
Finally, only if it has been calculated, what are the sums attached to any non monetary benefits
