We are looking for proof of expenditure regarding Section 106 funds for the below planning references in the Tower Hamlets Council on TfL projects. Please find details below of each of the references, project, money received and spent by the Tower Hamlets Council:
1. PA/06/01439 - Marsh Wall Improvements
Total received by Tower Hamlets from Developer - £455,428.55
Total spent by Tower Hamlets - £132,651.57
2. PA/06/01787 - Bus Stop Improvement PID 2016
Total received by Tower Hamlets from Developer - £21,292.42
Total spent by Tower Hamlets - £21,292.42
3. PA/08/1034 - Route N205 Capacity/Enhancements
Total received by Tower Hamlets from Developer - £180,856.82
Total spent by Tower Hamlets - £179,219.00
Please provide details which demonstrate that the funds allocated to these projects have been used as well as information of the projects themselves (include plans and project completion dates).

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14 July 2021, asking for information about TfL’s projects in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:
1. PA/06/01439 - Marsh Wall Improvements Total received by Tower Hamlets from Developer - £455,428.55 Total spent by Tower Hamlets - £132,651.57
We have no record of receiving s106 funds from this development. The London Borough of Tower Hamlets would have to advise on how they spent the funds, as we do not hold this information. It should be noted, the signed s106 agreement as drafted does not specify that funds will come to TfL.
2. PA/06/01787 - Bus Stop Improvement PID 2016 Total received by Tower Hamlets from Developer - £21,292.42 Total spent by Tower Hamlets - £21,292.42
We have no record of receiving s106 funds from this development. The London Borough of Tower Hamlets would have to advise on how they spent the funds, as we do not hold this information. It should be noted, the signed s106 agreement as drafted does not specify that funds will come to TfL.
3. PA/08/1034 - Route N205 Capacity/Enhancements Total received by Tower Hamlets from Developer- £180,856.82 Total spent by Tower Hamlets - £179,219.00
We received £179, 219 and spent it in full on increasing the frequency of the N205 at weekends from every 30 minutes to every 20 minutes. We spent the funds between 28 June 2014 and 27 June 2019. The route continues to be every 20 minutes at weekends and this is now funded from TfL budgets.
