I would like access to those TfL policies relating to content and function of additional manual on-platform announcements and any restrictions on these additional announcements in case of open residential platforms.

Thank you for your request received by us on 4 June 2023, asking for information about public announcements on station platforms. 

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. 

 

Please find the attached Station Public Announcements (PA) guidelines. These guidelines assist station staff to define the type, content and frequency of PA announcements made at their stations.
