Request ID: FOI-0755-2122 Date published: 29 July 2021
You asked
Please can you revise the scope of my request downwards as you kindly suggested, so the NMCC search only encompasses information recorded from January 1, 2021 until the date on which the search is undertaken?
Could you also please clarify what "The road defect was reported to Newham to make them aware of the issue after you raised it with Go-Ahead London on 11 June" means?
Is it that TfL / Go-Ahead themselves reported the defects to Newham following my contact with the former two bodies identifying said defects in June? If so, could I please have a copy of the TfL report created and any Newham Reference number obtained, if not included in the NMCC search above.

TfL’s Service Delivery Manager reported it to the Head of Network Management in Newham on the 16 June 2021 via email. We don’t have an incident number. He acknowledged the response on 17 June 2021 and advised that he passed it to the responsive manager to check out.
